You are invited to submit an abstract for the European Conference on Rare Diseases to be presented during the poster session, if selected by the programme committee.

The body text of your abstracts must not exceed 300 words.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 28 February2010, 24.00 hrs UTC+1
You should receive a response from the Programme Committee by 31 January 2010.
Please also note that your abstract will be included in the scientific programme, if you register before 28 February 2010.
Please note that you may be co-author of any number of abstracts but presenting author for only one abstract.

Account management - Personal Information
After you created the account, the system will send a confirmation email with the access information for editing, deleting or withdrawing your abstract.
Personal information can be edited if necessary by clicking the “Profile” icon (e.g. in case of an address change). Attention: All correspondence regarding the acceptance of your abstract will be e-mailed to the address given by you in the “profile section”. Please complete all the fields accurately.
Please remember that the confirmation letters will not be sent by post. Thus if the given email address is mistyped, wrong, the mailbox is full or out of order, the confirmation email may not reach you in time, and you may miss important deadlines (e.g. reduced registration fee).
Corrections - Withdrawal
The confirmation email sent to you after submitting your abstract permit to edit it.
In this email, the title of your submitted abstract is displayed, together with the information on whether the submission is complete or incomplete. To edit the abstract, simply click on the link.
Changes and withdrawals can be made until the deadline of January 31, 2010.
The submission system stores the information in “real time”
The moment you reach the “Summary” within the submission process and the system tells you “This submission is complete” your abstract is completed and has been received. However you will still be able to come back and make modifications until the deadline.
Please make sure you print the summary page for your records. The system also has an e-mail confirmation feature. Simply click the appropriate link on the summary page and fill in your email address(es) in the appropriate box.

Notification of Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee by the end of January 2010. Authors will be notified in due course on acceptance by email as to whether their abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation.
